HVP 972: Vapor Pressure / Thiết bị đo áp suất hơi bão hòa tự động
Specifications for volatile petroleum products generally include vapor
pressure limits to ensure products of suitable volatility performance.
Vapor pressure is the most important property of gasoline for cold-start
and warm-up driveability. Gasoline volatility not only affects a vehicle’s
driveability, but also its VOC emissions – both evaporative and exhaust
emissions. Various government agencies limit gasoline and other
hydrocarbons volatility to control the aspect of air quality affected by
hydrocarbon emissions. Thus, the vapor pressure is a very important
physical property of volatile liquids for shipping and storage.
The Herzog HVP972 automated analyser is a modern analytical
instrument designed for accurate determination of vapor pressures of
both automotive and aviation gasoline, other light distillate petroleum
products, turbine fuels, crude oil, hydrocarbon solvents and chemical
compounds.
The analyser provides quick, accurate results of vapor pressure up to
1000kPa (145psi) within a wide temperature range of 0 to 100°C (32 to
212°F). The instrument reports Ptot, Pabs, DVPE, RVPE or ASVP
according appropriately selected measurement program and test
methods : ASTM D 5191, ASTM D 6378, EN 13016, IP 394, IP 481.
